Allow Studio to use your camera, microphone and screen

How to fix it

   Step 1: Let Studio ask

   Studio asks for each permission the first time a source needs it: Camera, Microphone, Screen Recording, and Local Network for phones and NDI sources. Click Allow.

   Step 2: Turned it down? Open Privacy & Security

   Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, choose Camera, Microphone, Screen Recording or Local Network, and turn on Stream24 Studio.

   Step 3: Screen or window list still empty

   In Privacy & Security → Screen Recording, turn Stream24 Studio off and on again, then quit Studio and open it again.

   Step 4: Files and drives

   macOS asks the first time Studio opens Desktop, Documents, Downloads or a connected drive. If no prompt appeared, bring Studio to the front, or allow it under Privacy & Security.

Messages you might see

• Permission needed — Microphone. Open System Settings.
• Stream24 Studio cannot list windows yet.

If this didn’t work

• I can't add another camera or source in Studio
• There's no sound from a source in Studio
