Choose video or audio, format and quality in OmniDownload

Steps

   Step 1: Paste a link

   Paste a video link into the box. Analysis starts on its own and lists the title, the length and every quality available.

   Step 2: Video or audio only

   Choose Video, or Audio only if you just want the sound.

   Step 3: Pick a quality

   The recommended option is already selected. Qualities above your plan's limit are marked as needing a higher plan.

   Step 4: Choose the format

   For video: MP4 (recommended, plays in QuickTime, Photos and almost everywhere), MOV, MKV or WebM. For audio: MP3, AAC/M4A, Opus, FLAC or WAV. Where possible OmniDownload keeps the original streams with nothing converted.

   Step 5: Name it and choose the folder

   Change Save as if you like. Files go to your Downloads folder unless you click Choose… next to Save to and pick another.

   Step 6: Click Download

   Track progress in Downloads; several can run at once. When it says saved and verified, play it or show it in Finder.
